What happens

Carl, a Black man in a white coat and blue jeans, joins a thin black-haired man in a white coat, a nurse with reddish hair in a white cap, and several white-uniformed orderlies in a hospital hallway with round windows in green doors. Overhead views first show beds set around a small central figure, then the orderlies grab the thin man, restrain his arms, and wrap him in a green sheet, with a black strap appearing in one orderly's hands as they hold him between the doors. The group keeps moving him in a tight scrum as he struggles, and at the end the orderlies hold him at both arms while Carl gestures to the side.
