Homer Simpson takes a pneumatic jackhammer to a pink car on a city street lined with tall buildings and a parked truck

What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and heavy in his white shirt, takes a pneumatic jackhammer to a pink car on a city street lined with tall buildings and a parked truck. He grips the jackhammer and it bursts into a cloud of smoke as it chews through the pink car's hood, sending gray debris and chunks onto the pavement. A worker in an orange hard hat and green shirt, who looks like a construction worker and is not one of the regulars, watches from behind orange barricades while a man in a teal truck cab leans out and waves. Homer then steps back, pumps his fists and gestures at the truck, and returns to the car, where the jackhammer leaves the car's front bashed and the license plate reads 117?^!.
