What happens

Two cheerleaders in red Duff uniforms with white pom-poms, one blonde and one with dark hair, cheer while a muscular man in sunglasses, a red Duff cap and a red cape wheels a barrel of foam on a dolly in a bar. Behind them a crowd watches, including Homer with a bottle, a brown-haired man in a green sweater holding a mug, a bald man in an orange robe raising a Duff bottle, and Barney, sweating and wide-eyed in a pink shirt near the counter, while a Duff sign hangs above. The scene moves from the cheering and drinking crowd to tight close-ups of Barney's sweaty, panicked face as he stares off with a nervous expression.
