What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt, is the main figure, first seen with both arms raised in front of tall blue-and-white striped skyscrapers, then grimacing with eyes shut. The view tilts down to a city street where tiny figures walk along sidewalks past parked cars, a white bus and a purple car lying crooked in the plaza. Homer then swings his arm forward holding a stick toward a running man in a pink jacket and white pants while another figure in blue hurries past a grated storefront. Homer is next shown sprawled on the pavement in front of a glass office building, with two briefcase-carrying men walking by, and then standing with arms crossed as a woman in a pink suit and a man in a green jacket pass. In the last moment he stands with arms folded beside a hot dog cart labeled with lettering on its side, as a vendor in green waits behind it.
