What happens

Homer Simpson, in a white shirt and blue pants, stands beside a food cart under a striped umbrella with a moustached vendor in a white shirt and green plaid pants, while a thin man in a suit with glasses and a black-haired woman in a light green top appear behind the cart. Homer bites into a fried chunk on a stick, then holds the stick out at arm's length with a sour grimace, licks the stick, and gestures with one hand while talking, before turning to face the vendor with his hands on his hips. The cart, marked "Khlaw Kalash" on its side, sits on a sidewalk in front of a glass-walled building.
