What happens

Homer, a bald heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, kicks at and then squares off with a mail carrier in a blue cap, shorts and satchel beside a blue MAIL box on a plaza by office buildings, while a man in an orange shirt and purple pants walks past behind them. The scene then moves to a Chinatown street under red banners, where Marge with her tall blue beehive, Lisa in her red dress and Bart in his orange shirt walk along the sidewalk past signs for Yee's Olde Tavern, the Furniture Store and The Emperor's Used Clothes. Traffic moves along the street, and the three Simpsons continue walking away from the camera-side toward a pagoda-style kiosk.
