What happens

Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt, sits behind the wheel of a red-framed car gripping the steering wheel and looking anxiously ahead with his mouth open, while Patty and Selma, the grey-violet-haired twin sisters, ride beside him, Patty on the left with a grey bun and Selma in the middle with a tall brown hairdo, a green sweater and a green earring. Inside the car, Homer's expression shifts between wide-eyed alarm and a grim stare, and Selma and the grey-haired sister on the left remain mostly sidelong and unimpressed, with the one on the left at times speaking with her mouth open. The sky and a purple-tinged landscape are visible through the windshield, with a small white cloud drifting past the top right behind the rearview mirror.
