What happens

A spiky-haired young man in a black leather jacket and jeans rides a motorcycle with an orange satchel strap across his shoulder along a city street, passing an elderly woman with grey curly hair, glasses, a pink dress and a red coat, who throws up her hands and shouts as he goes by. He speeds past tan and brick buildings until he is knocked off the bike and ends up sprawled on the sidewalk beside a man in a grey suit and glasses, the orange satchel lying on the pavement, while a man in a long dark robe stands over him. Police officers in blue uniforms and caps then arrive, one holding out handcuffs, as the young man crouches to pick up the satchel.
