Lisa sits on a blue bed holding a large gold saxophone with engraved lettering and smiles at it

What happens

Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress and pearl necklace, sits on a blue bed holding a large gold saxophone with engraved lettering and smiles at it. The saxophone's bell is turned toward the viewer, and the engraved text reads 'DEAR LISA, MAY YOUR NEW SAXOPHONE BRING YOU YEARS OF D'OH!' while the instrument stays still and the scene holds steady. Her pale green and purple bedroom surroundings, with a curtained window and a pillow, remain unchanged throughout.
