What happens

Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress and pearl necklace, sits on her bed playing a gold saxophone with a note reading "Dear Lisa, may your new saxophone bring you years of joy" engraved on its bell. She starts out looking at the viewer and then leans into the instrument, eyes closing as she blows into it with her body swaying. Near the end, her eyes open wide and the picture dissolves into a translucent overlay of crowds of figures, while the bed, window with yellow curtains, and pillows stay visible in the bedroom.
