What happens

A close-up of a green-faced woman with lavender scalloped hair and a grey jacket, possibly Patty or Selma, first sits with heavy half-lidded eyes, then closes them, then snaps her eyes wide and opens her mouth in alarm, baring her teeth. Beside her, a green-faced woman in a black hat with lavender hair widens her eyes, grins with clenched teeth, then opens her mouth wide and settles into a small smirk, all against a dark blue background.
