About the episode

After Mayor Quimby insults France, a French neutron bomb kills nearly everyone in Springfield, and Homer enjoys the empty town until mutant survivors hunt him. Next, a matter transporter Homer buys from Professor Frink lets Bart trade heads with a fly. Finally, Marge is accused of witchcraft in 1649 and proves a real witch, and when Maude Flanders buys off her child-eating coven with treats, trick-or-treating is born.
