What happens

A green-skinned witch with a tall black beehive, a black cape and a broomstick, who is Marge's Bride-of-Frankenstein style take on Marge, flies over a crowd of Puritan-costumed townspeople in a grey, cloudy sky. Marge, with her tall blue beehive, is not present; instead the witch is the Marge-like character with a tall black hairdo, and in the crowd Homer, Bart and Ned Flanders in period hats and bonnets watch, with Homer and Bart among them. The witch hovers on the broom, grins, and throws a glowing green blast of energy at the crowd, after which a skeleton-costumed figure appears in the middle of the townspeople, surrounded by green sparks. The witch continues flying on the broom, gesturing with her arms, and then fires another green beam that engulfs two dark silhouetted figures in the crowd, with Homer and Bart among the onlookers at the left.
