What happens

Three green-skinned witches in pointed black hats and dark cloaks, one with a tall black plume, stand clutching sacks at a red wooden door of a clapboard house at dusk. The door stays shut for several moments, then swings open and Ned Flanders, with his moustache and green sweater, peers out with a wary expression. He then raises a large wooden cross toward the witches while the sky and a window with diamond panes show behind him.
