What happens

Homer and Bart, both screaming in alarm, stand among a group of Puritan-costumed townsfolk on a stormy, grey-skied scene, with a woman in a white bonnet beside them. A woman in a white bonnet and dark dress, clutching a broom, tumbles backward past a rocky cliff edge while shrieking with her mouth open. On the cliff top, a thin, black-robed preacher spreads his arms wide, then claps his hands together before spreading them again, facing the crowd of townsfolk, including a man with a moustache and a black hat. The scene ends with a green-faced witch flying in on a broom above the cliff while a dark-clad woman crouches at the edge and the townsfolk reach out toward her.
