What happens

Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair and a red dress, plays a saxophone in her bedroom, with a pink lamp, a heart-shaped mirror and purple curtains behind her, and her hair and dress are shown in the same scene. Early on, a tiny Bart-like figure sits inside the bell of the golden saxophone, then the view shifts to a round porthole-like window where Lisa, with pearl necklace and wide eyes, clutches the saxophone while a small Bart, now a fly with a human head, hovers outside in front of her. Lisa grimaces and winces as green slime drips from the saxophone and from her nose, and the room and objects remain the same throughout.
