Lisa is pinned by the wrists and then the jaw by a giant fly-headed creature in an orange shirt in a purple-walled kitchen
The Simpsons, “Treehouse of Horror VIII” (season 9, episode 4), 14:25–14:38
What happens
Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair, is pinned by the wrists and then the jaw by a giant fly-headed creature in an orange shirt in a purple-walled kitchen. Near a green refrigerator that the creature opens, Lisa looks on in alarm, and a small fly bearing Bart's spiky-haired face flies around the room, at one point hovering near a purple shelf and the wall. The creature grips Lisa's face while she grimaces and gasps, with chicken-decorated canisters and a water dispenser on the counter behind her, and the fly-Bart keeps buzzing near the shelves.
