What happens

A heavyset, unnamed cartoon man with a bald brown-haired crown, a scraggly beard and a blue shirt fills the close-up against a bright blue background. His eyes glance sideways under raised brows as his mouth moves from tightly clenched teeth to wide open and back to a pressed closed line. The scene shows only his worried, wide-eyed expression, with no other objects or on-screen text visible.
