What happens

Homer lies back on a brown couch with Marge beside him, while Bart, shrunk into a buzzing black fly with his spiky-haired head, flies through the air around them. He drifts past Homer's white-eyed face, hovers over the yellow expanse of Homer's head, and lands briefly on his tan chin before buzzing off again, and the sequence ends with him hovering over Homer's skin.
