What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, sits in a wooden courtroom beside a red-haired man in a black cap and a brown-haired man in a grey vest and black cap who scowls and gestures with his hand, while a white-bonneted woman stands alone on the floor. A crowd of townsfolk around her, including a moustached man and a dark-haired woman, shakes raised fists and shouts angrily at the judges' bench, where three figures in robes look on. A man with long dark hair and an orange shirt jabs his fist forward in the crowd, and the courtroom grows more agitated as the brown-haired man in the grey vest glares and holds up his hand in a gesture of protest.
