Bart stands in a kitchen with pink cabinets and a checkered floor

What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands in a kitchen with pink cabinets and a checkered floor. A brown greyhound, Santa's Little Helper, and a black cat, Snowball II, leap into a white transporter pod with a glowing green door, and the pod flashes a green energy field. Bart stares up at the pod, whose display reads 'DNA MISMATCH', then watches the pods flicker as the cat and dog are sent through and reappear, with the dog's shape faintly visible inside a glowing green pod. Bart then turns to the dog and cat, who stand beside the pod, and the scene ends on a close-up of Bart with heavy-lidded eyes and a flat expression.
