What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, first stands in a living room with a speaker and shelves, then appears against a plain blue background, where he dons brown mesh goggles and a grey insect-like cape and transforms into a caped hero called Superfly. Wearing the wings, he takes off and flies over a neighborhood with a green hedge and a road, then crashes into a schoolyard with a basketball court, parked cars and a building, tumbling through the air with his wings spread.
