What happens

Marge, with her tall blue beehive, and Lisa are seated in a crowd of folding-chair attendees inside a hall with red, white and blue bunting, while the bald, heavy Homer sits in a green sweater and a white shirt near the front and a black-haired man in a green sweater with suspenders stands at a wooden podium before a National Rifle Association emblem. The speaker, a man with a brown hair and a moustache-less face, holds up a black assault rifle, tilting and gesturing with it while his mouth opens to speak, then shifts the rifle higher and sways it in front of the eagle-and-circle seal. Flags stand on either side of the stage, and the podium front shows a red, white and blue rosette.
