What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt, and Marge, with her tall blue beehive and red bead necklace, sit in a row of folding chairs in a room decorated with red, white and blue bunting, while a small boy with brown hair in a light shirt sits between them and a woman in pink sits at the left edge. Marge, sitting upright at first, turns her head toward Homer as he grips the front of his shirt and leans in, and their exchange plays out with Marge's mouth opening in protest and Homer's brow furrowing. Homer then clasps his hands together, pleading and grimacing, while Marge looks away with a sour, unimpressed expression. The scene ends on a cut to a man in a white lab coat, orange-tinted goggles and headphones aiming a revolver toward the viewer beside a light switch and a door with a small window.
