Bart sits in the back seat of a car while Chief Wiggum drives

What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in a red jersey, sits in the back seat of a car while Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in his blue cap and uniform, drives. Bart starts out looking ahead at the scenery, then glances sideways at the chief, grins, and at one point looks bored with half-lidded eyes. Chief Wiggum turns his head, grins widely, then talks with an open mouth while steering with both hands, and in the final frames Bart looks wide-eyed and worried while the chief remains at the wheel. Pink-tinged sky, pine trees and a passing hillside are visible through the car windows.
