The Simpsons, “The Two Mrs. Nahasapeemapetilons” (season 9, episode 7), 6:07–6:17
What happens
Apu, the grey-haired shopkeeper in a green sweater, stands behind the counter of the Kwik-E-Mart talking on a purple phone while Homer, bald in a white shirt, leans on the counter beside him holding a sign that reads "Where are the Sticky Buns?". Apu shuts his eyes, then opens them wide and talks into the receiver, leaning in over the counter and gripping the phone with both hands. The red Snack Treat display with green and blue bags sits behind them, and by the end Apu is turning toward the viewer with a stunned, wide-eyed look.
