Carl stands in a yellow-green room beside a door, a wall vent, and a leafy potted plant

What happens

Carl, a Black man with short dark hair in a white short-sleeved uniform shirt and belt, stands in a yellow-green room beside a door, a wall vent, and a leafy potted plant. He holds a small brass hand bell up near the plant and shakes it, with its clapper swinging, while speaking. Across the moment he keeps his hand raised, alternating between talking and pausing, and the bell's motion changes slightly from frame to frame.
