What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief, and another officer stand at left in front of a large crowd on a grassy field at dusk, beside a huge dark tree stump in the foreground, as Wiggum talks and gestures. The scene then moves to a crowd on a blue carpet under a pink-red sky, where Marge with her tall blue beehive holding Maggie, Lisa in a pink dress, Homer in a blue suit, Bart, Apu, and a black-haired man in a white jacket stand together. In the final moment, Homer and Apu shout with mouths wide open while the man in the white jacket looks startled and Lisa stares wide-eyed.
