What happens

Marge, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, and a small blonde girl in a pink dress, presumably Maggie, walk hand in hand along a winding nighttime path past a bridge railing and glowing street lamps, with blue-tinted trees and distant houses behind them. In the middle of the sequence the little girl drops down and sits on the path while Marge stays beside her, and then Marge is seen alone further off, bending and standing near the edge of the path. Over the scene, opening credits appear in white letters, first reading 'Executive Producer MIKE SCULLY', then 'Executive Producers JAMES L. BROOKS, MATT GROENING, SAM SIMON', and the sequence ends on a black screen where 'Starring DAN CASTELLANETA' fades in and out in gold lettering.
