What happens

Lisa Simpson, in her red dress, starts seated on a wooden stool in a purple room while Homer, Moe, Ned Flanders in his green sweater and glasses, a man in a white coat with a stethoscope, and a woman in a purple suit look on from around her. She then stands up on the stool and spreads her arms wide to the sides, with the group still watching. Behind them hang a skeleton display and blue string lights.
