Homer and Nelson and Nelson grabs the steering wheel and glares while Homer gapes in alarm

What happens

Homer, in a white shirt, and Nelson, the bully in a blue vest, struggle over a red convertible: Homer drives it beneath a pink overpass on a street with a Kwik-E-Mart sign, a blue-trousered leg in a dark shoe drops down into the car from above, and Nelson grabs the steering wheel and glares while Homer gapes in alarm. The pair then sit in the car parked before a produce display with price tags, Nelson clutching the wheel and scowling as Homer leans back in shock, with the leg dangling overhead again.
