Homer and Marge stand together by a window with a turntable and stereo beside them and a wooden fence outside

What happens

Homer, in a light blue short-sleeved shirt and matching pants, and Marge, with her tall blue beehive and green dress with red beads, stand together by a window with a turntable and stereo beside them and a wooden fence outside. Homer gestures with open hands, then grins and points, while Marge watches with a skeptical look and later leans into him with a slight smile as he raises his arm and points upward. The scene then cuts to a chain-link fence with a white sign reading "POLICE SEIZED-PROPERTY AUCTION" in black letters, shown in two identical views.
