What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, and a woman with a big orange curly hairdo and a pink vest stand on a sidewalk in front of a suburban house while a man in a yellow shirt sits at a table inside. The first frames show Ned and the woman standing side by side, with Ned gesturing and smiling. Later the woman reaches up to Ned's collar and fidgets with it as he looks at her. In the final frames the scene shifts to a half-demolished house with its front wall and roof removed, where Marge, Lisa and Bart stand on the lawn watching the man at the table, and a floor is torn open with debris scattered around. A real estate sign is planted on the lawn at the right.
