What happens

Homer in a green jacket and red knit hat holds a black cord in a snowy yard, while Marge with her tall blue beehive holds baby Maggie, with Bart in a red sweater and a woman with grey-violet hair in an orange coat watching beside them. The family looks on as Santa lies sprawled in the snow beside his tangled sleigh, with reindeer hanging from the roof and wires of Christmas lights across a snow-covered house with a pink door. A close-up of Homer's green jacket and orange mittens briefly interrupts, then the group returns to the yard, where Homer stands by the fence and the cord trails across the snow.
