What happens

Bart Simpson, in green pajamas, stands on a wooden raft floating on a blue river that flows out of a large white pipe at the left, looking startled as the raft drifts past a grey landscape under a dark stormy sky. A grey elephant with tusks in the background sprays a blue jet of water from its trunk, and the water rises into a huge blue dome that swells over the land behind him while Bart stares up at it. The dome then collapses and drains away, leaving Bart still standing on the raft, now looking worried, while a pump-like structure and dark clouds remain in the background.
