What happens

Homer, bald with stubble and a grey tank top, sits beside Bart, who has spiky hair and a green vest, at an orange-topped table with a metal bar in front of them. The scene shifts to a red inflatable raft on dark blue water under a full yellow moon and purple clouds, with Homer in the middle and small figures beside him, and the raft drifts across the water past a pale sandbar. The view then blurs into a grey, misty sky above a teal sea, where an orange raft carries two faint figures.
