What happens

Homer, bald with stubble and wearing a grey tank top and torn grey shorts, sits on an orange inflatable raft beside a mustached man in a khaki ranger hat and a boy in a red-and-green cap and khaki scout uniform, with blue sky and sea behind them. Homer pours water from a grey metal canteen onto one of his grey socks, then raises the canteen to his mouth to drink, and finally gestures open-handed while the mustached man looks on from the left. The raft's orange side and the blue water are visible throughout.
