What happens

Homer, in a grey tank top and shorts, stands on an orange inflatable raft with a spiky-haired boy in a green cap and a red-haired figure in a grey hat, while a passenger in a green shirt and red cap sits nearby. A large splash of turquoise water erupts beside the raft as Homer gestures, then the raft drifts calmly on a flat blue sea under white clouds. Homer clenches his fists near his mouth and then shouts with a wide-open mouth in close-up.
