What happens

Bart Simpson, a boy with spiky hair in a green turtleneck, stands before a brick fireplace decorated with stockings, a garland and a red bow, beneath a Christmas tree with lights and a blue ornament, with wrapped presents in the foreground. He first glances sideways, then holds up a white envelope and studies it, slipping a finger into it and tearing it open. He then pulls out a green dollar bill and waves it while holding the envelope in his other hand, grinning and looking toward the side. Near the end he holds the bill up to his face and then turns to look at the blue-and-white stocking hanging on the fireplace, with a worried expression.
