What happens

Grampa, the wrinkled old man with white tufts of hair, wearing a pink sweater and glasses, stands in the foreground pointing upward and talking, while Marge with her tall blue beehive, Homer, and Bart watch from a doorway in a room with a framed landscape painting on the grey wall. The bearded elderly bald man in a green sweater, who is not Mr. Burns, gestures with an outstretched arm and wide eyes, then the family gathers by the doorway with Selma in her orange coat and a small red-haired figure among them. Near the end, Marge, Selma, and Bart move through the doorway and out of the room, as Homer follows.
