What happens

No characters appear in any of the seven frames; the scene is an exterior view of Moe's bar, a tan two-story building with purple half-timbering, snow on the roofline and sidewalk, and a green wreath with a red bow on its red door. The 'MOE'S' sign hangs above the entrance, and the neighboring 'KING TOM... MUSIC STORE' sign is partly visible on the right under a blue sky. Across the clip, the view stays essentially still with only slight shifts in the image, and no one enters, leaves, or moves past the building.
