What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in a green sweater, stands close to the viewer between a pink curtain or wall and a light blue figure at the right edge, while a red-hooded figure at the left holds a black microphone toward him and a yellow-skinned figure in white gloves is partly visible at the top left. Bart's eyes dart and widen, his mouth opens and closes as he speaks, and his expression shifts from uneasy to worried to a heavy-lidded, sceptical look with his lips parted. The scene has no visible on-screen text.
