What happens

Robed men in red gowns with pink collars sit at a long wooden table strewn with spilled beer, including a white-bearded old man, a grey-haired man with a red-and-gold insignia, a teal-haired man, and a bald man resembling Homer, all gripping grey-lidded steins with blue crest shields. They lift and tilt their steins, drink, and gesture across the table while a blue-haired woman sits with her back to the viewer, and the steins are repeatedly raised and clinked together. Toward the end, a figure in a tall purple hat stands before a gold-framed clock on a green wall between red curtains and flaming torches, as the men's steins crowd the foreground.
