Mr. Burns works a jackhammer on the lawn of a blue house while a bespectacled man in a red sweater swings a sledgehammer at a broken white bowl

What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail stooped old man in a grey suit and pink bow tie, works a jackhammer on the lawn of a blue house while a bespectacled man in a red sweater swings a sledgehammer at a broken white bowl. Homer stands on the porch with his arms spread as showgirls in pink outfits and a woman in a red dress with a feathered hat look on, then Otto in a cap and headphones holds an axe beside a brown-haired man with a crowbar. Moe, a grey-haired bartender in an apron and bow tie, raises a crowbar by a fountain as Carl and an older grey-haired man in a red jacket watch, while Homer gestures and clutches his chest as he talks on the porch.
