What happens

Ned Flanders in his green sweater and Carl in his grey jacket and pink sweater stand with a bald man in a navy suit and red tie, Smithers-like figures and others among a night-time crowd with arms raised and cheering, while a blue-haired woman in green beads holds up a red microphone. The scene shifts to a stage where Homer in his white shirt and blue pants stands beside Bart in his orange shirt, in front of a line of dancers in pink feathered headdresses and yellow outfits, as an older woman in a long red dress stands between them and the audience raises their hands. Last, Moe in his apron and bow tie lifts a grey trash can lid beside overflowing bins by a hedge.
