What happens

Bart, in his orange shirt with a glass of milk, stands at a counter beside a man in a grey suit with swept-back blond hair who gestures with open hands while Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, tumbles down a curved glass slide above them. Milhouse then sits in a purple-and-blue arcade area behind a velvet rope with a gold stanchion, a sign reading "VIP ONLY", and a waiter in a tuxedo holding a tray, while Bart peeks out from behind a cabinet. The scene closes under a glowing "CATS" marquee where a crowd queues at a ticket booth before cat-costumed dancers perform on a stage beside a red car.
