The Simpsons, “Bart Carny” (season 9, episode 12), 17:32–17:44
What happens
Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in uniform, sits behind a green desk in the Springfield Police Station, first seen from behind with Homer, Marge, Maggie, Lisa and Bart standing before him at the counter. He then leans back in his chair with his feet up on the desk, hands behind his head, and gestures with one hand while talking, with a city map and a bulletin board on the wall behind him. The scene opens on the station's exterior, a two-story tan building with its sign reading "SPRINGFIELD POLICE STATION" above the entrance steps.
