About the episode

After Bart wrecks a carnival's supposed Hitler limousine, he and Homer work as carnies to pay for it and end up minding the rigged ring-toss booth of Cooder and his son Spud. When Homer misses Chief Wiggum's bribe hints and the booth is impounded, he invites the pair to stay, and they seize the house. Homer tricks them outside with a hula-hoop bet and bolts the door.
