What happens

Bart, in an orange shirt, grips the steering wheel of a long black convertible at a night fair while Homer, a bald heavy man in a white shirt, raises a pink comb beside the car near a Shrimp Girl sign. The car stops in front of a stall labelled IMPERVO THE PAINLESS, where a shirtless strongman with a cigar and leather straps kneels on a blue mat beside a hammer and a metal object while a crowd of onlookers watches. He then bends over the mat, arches his back and tilts his head back with a grimace as the onlookers react.
