Homer Simpson and Bart walk through a fairground at night, with Homer clutching a wad of cash

What happens

Homer Simpson, in a white shirt and blue pants, and Bart, in an orange shirt and red shorts, walk through a fairground at night, with Homer clutching a wad of cash. Over the course of the sequence Bart is seen in a pigeon costume with a grey-and-white body and yellow feet, and the two move past a Strike 3 booth, a Knock Out the Fuzzy Duck booth, a Pop the Balloon stand, and a Wheel of Chance sign. Early on, a heavy man in a blue shirt and red shorts stands with two police officers near a Pretzels Hot stand, and a man in a red cap and black vest points while holding a red telephone in a prize shop beside a boy with grey hair and a wristwatch.
